By using Sayfixly, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Sayfixly provides software tools to help users create, manage, and coordinate fixing-related requests, communications, project steps, and related payment workflows.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, use the platform lawfully, and avoid misuse, fraud, abuse, or submission of unlawful or misleading content.
4. Third-Party Services
Sayfixly may rely on third-party services including hosting, payments, analytics, AI, and messaging infrastructure. Those services may be governed by their own terms.
5. Payments and Disputes
Where payment features are available, transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers. Fees, disputes, chargebacks, escrow logic, and payment holds may be subject to provider rules and platform policies.
6. Availability
Sayfixly may update, suspend, or change features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sayfixly is provided on an “as is” basis and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where necessary for safety, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or breach of these terms.
