1. Information We Collect

We may collect account details, contact information, profile information, task details, messages, images, voice input, payment-related metadata, marketplace product interactions, saved items, quote-request activity, and device/app usage information required to operate Sayfixly.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to provide the Sayfixly service, improve request quality through backend AI-assisted workflows, recommend relevant marketplace products, assemble quote-ready project scope, route supplier and provider requests, facilitate messaging and payments, support customer service, maintain platform safety, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Photos, Audio, and User Content

When you upload photos, floor plans, reference images, record audio, or submit descriptions, that content may be processed to help structure and route fixing or renovation requests. Floor plans and room photos may reveal private property layout, fixtures, entry points, and personal property. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share uploaded content.

4. Marketplace Planning, AI, and Personalisation

Sayfixly Marketplace may use room type, budget, measurements, style preferences, saved products, rejected recommendations, floor-plan evidence, and room photos to generate product recommendations, quote assemblies, supplier enquiries, and provider leads. AI output is planning assistance only. Providers and suppliers must confirm measurements, availability, pricing, substitutions, labour, permits, exclusions, and site conditions before quoting.

5. Floor Plans and Provider Sharing

Marketplace floor plans, room photos, and reference images are private by default. They are not shared with providers or suppliers unless you explicitly choose to share them as part of a quote request. You can delete uploaded marketplace media and derived parse records from supported planner flows.

6. Marketplace Analytics and Audit Logs

We may collect marketplace usage events such as product views, supplier clicks, saves, enquiries, quote requests, provider responses, recommendation feedback, and outcome events. We use these records for app functionality, marketplace analytics, quality monitoring, personalization, fraud prevention, support, commercial attribution, and admin audit visibility.

7. Payments

Sayfixly may use third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Sayfixly does not store full payment card details on the device or in its own systems unless explicitly stated by the payment provider’s secure workflow.

8. Sharing

We may share information with service providers, payment processors, infrastructure vendors, analytics providers, and where necessary with counterparties involved in a job request or project flow.

9. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and maintain business records.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information. No method of storage or transmission is guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Your Choices

You may request account updates, corrections, deletion, or marketplace media removal by using supported app controls or contacting support@sayfixly.com.
