We use information to provide the Sayfixly service, improve request quality through AI-assisted workflows, facilitate messaging and payments, support customer service, maintain platform safety, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Photos, Audio, and User Content

When you upload photos, record audio, or submit descriptions, that content may be processed to help structure and route fixing requests. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share uploaded content.

4. Payments

Sayfixly may use third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Sayfixly does not store full payment card details on the device or in its own systems unless explicitly stated by the payment provider’s secure workflow.

5. Sharing

We may share information with service providers, payment processors, infrastructure vendors, analytics providers, and where necessary with counterparties involved in a job request or project flow.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and maintain business records.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information. No method of storage or transmission is guaranteed to be completely secure.
